1月13日下午,澳门新京葡萄网控股集团应互联网金融协会邀请,参加“走进华为”的标杆企业交流活动,协会内各支付、银行、信托、基金等金融业高管应邀出席,我集团相关负责人参加了此次活动。

 

首先,受邀企业一行参观了华为上海研究所的5G展厅,华为市场部深入浅出的讲解了绿色5G科技,如何点亮低碳的未来,赋能数字村庄,便捷医疗等各项目,大家通过现场对智能科技的体验,深深感受到5G时代已到来

 

在会议的领导致辞环节中,上海市互联网金融行业协会会长万建华先生和华为公有云中国区总裁洪方明先生发表致辞。分别指出科技给金融行业赋能,必然是未来发展的重要趋势

在上半场的主题分享中,华为海思无线终端HR专家何峰先生介绍了华为的企业文化,构建以组织灵魂为本的核心价值观:以客户为中心、以奋斗者为本、长期艰苦奋斗、坚持自我批判,并通过各项有效机制、考核、激励等去落实。文化中的开放精神,不断吸纳世界上好的优良文化和管理,这些核心文化、价值观与澳门新京葡萄网勇往直前、拼搏、不断学习、反思的文化不谋而合。

华为公有云中国区总裁洪方明先生和华为云中国区金融行业总经理朱兵先生分别在管理方面分享了“熵减”是组织活力的源泉,以正面的激励为导向,不断激活组织、个人的内驱力,从精神层面打造“奋斗者”,真正落实不让雷锋吃亏,不比加班,而是比为企业创造的价值;管理层通过“轮换”机制,不断变革、打破舒适区,上过战场、扛过枪、受过伤,经历打磨后,才能走入高层管理者;挖掘高潜人才,在人才高地“筑巢引凤”,每月为优秀的低职级员工提供20分钟的演讲时间,迸发更多优秀员工;各部门推行“自我批判”和“从泥坑里爬起来的人就是圣人”等形式,不断的总结、反思,促进价值最大的员工保持活力,从而让组织充满活力,管理者要能听到声音,不断地推动组织前行。为在场的管理者打破原有管理思维模式,不禁惊叹“原来管理还能这么干!”

 

下半场,华为云金融行业解决方案总监耿杰先生带来了,深耕数字化,共建全场景智慧金融的分享。根据金融行业目前面临的挑战,互联网金融全面纳入监管,华为云数字化营销解决方案将助力企业实现用户增长及数字化营销,打造智能风控的服务方案,通过可信智计算服务,打造金融数据的服务方案。
